I'm Valencia and welcome to my site. I consider myself to be "Thee Style Educator" but let me be real it's not because I grew up playing dress up in my mom's closet or stayed up late studying all of the popular fashion magazines. I was actually the complete opposite of this growing up, I was a serious TOM GIRL! I played every sport, wore the most raggedy jeans and t-shirts to school everyday. You couldn't pay me to dress up. Some days my mom questioned if I was hers because if it was up to her she would have dressed me up like a doll. Our shopping trips were pure torture but then my life changed. I got pregnant with my son Diego and my mom encouraged me to change my look. That conversation stuck with me for the rest of my life. It was time to look more polished and put together. I was like any other person who was comfortable with the way I had dressed and had no desire to change it but I gave in and took her advice. I changed my wardrobe and she was right everywhere I went people approached me different. They didn't judge me because I was a teen mom, they actually respected me as a young mother because I presented myself as such. Once I saw the results of changing my image I became obsess with how it made me feel. My passion is to help other woman gain that same obsession and feeling about themselves too. If you're looking for my "professional bio" you can check that by clicking the button below. But if you want to experience a style transformation and feel better about yourself then let's do it!
